  • Keep the project organized:
Help update project plans, track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and coordinate meetings across Oracle Fusion workstreams.
  • Manage documentation & communication:
Prepare meeting notes, organize project files, and create simple, clear progress updates for the team and management.
  • Coordinate between teams:
Act as a communication bridge between business users, IT teams, and consultants to make sure everyone has the right information.
  • Support requirements & changes:
Help document business requirements and keep track of changes, decisions, and approvals throughout the project.
  • Support testing (SIT/UAT):
Organize testing schedules, track defects, and assist users during the testing process.
  • Assist with data, integrations & go-live:
Help with data collection and validation, follow up on integration tasks, and support cutover, training, and go-live activities.

  • Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, IT projects, or business analysis.
  • Advanced English proficiency, confidently in both written and verbal form
  • Experience with documentation, reporting, and task tracking.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience in an ERP or digital transformation project (any platform).
  • Exposure to ERP terms such as: setups, configurations, data migration, security roles, testing cycles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business teams and technical teams.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong follow-up ability and task ownership.
  • Confident communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving approach, and willingness to learn Oracle Fusion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle dynamic project environments.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.
